The warranty extension covers Thermomix® models still under warranty. And for 4 more years!
2. What breakdowns are covered by the warranty?
Electrical and motor breakdowns are covered by the extended warranty.
3. Where will my Thermomix® be repaired? Will the spare parts be Vorwerk brand?
Your Thermomix will be taken care of by Vorwerk France repair services. The parts used will be original and Vorwerk brand parts.
4. Can we cancel at any time?
You can unsubscribe at any time. Simply send an email to our customer service. Termination no longer entitles you to extended warranty services. You have 14 days to receive a refund after your purchase.
5. What is the repair time?
The repair time varies depending on the problem you encounter with your Thermomix®. A detailed analysis by Thermomix services will give you an exact answer on the repair time.
6. If I drop my Thermomix®, does the extended warranty still work?
As with the basic warranty, the extended warranty does not cover misuse or dropping of Thermomix®.
7. What is not covered by insurance?
As with your basic warranty, the extension is not valid for commercial use of your device, normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, etc.
8. Is the price displayed only to be paid once?
In fact, you will only pay the amount proposed in the offer once, and will then be completely protected for 4 additional years to the 2 years of basic warranty.
